Derek went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my husband and I during this process to purchase our first home. I don’t even know where to begin.
We had gotten in contact with Derek randomly and by chance. Not long prior we had a really bad experience with another lender, so my husband and I were not interested in refinancing.
However, Derek was so patient, kind, professional, and was honestly just so supportive during this whole process. He answered any questions we had, and even when we asked the questions multiple times – he never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him or annoying him.
